It’s summertime and our school is closed for the summer break. All our lucky weekly winners over the summer will receive their prize when our school re-opens. Welcome to the St. Francis National School, Blackrock fundraiser lotto. This is a fundraising initiative and the money raised will be used directly to support your children’s education and pay for a wide range of extra-curricular activities in school.

Throughout the school year we arrange a variety of activities, including FitKids, speech & drama, yoga, soccer, rugby, basketball, Gaelic football, hurling and camogie coaching, visiting storytellers, visiting theatres or zoos, mindfulness and Irish dancing. For our senior classes we also organise team training and enter sports leagues against other local schools in basketball, soccer and Gaelic football, enter schools debating competitions and Quiz Teams, Chess teams and the school choir. To help us cover the cost of these additional activities, St. Francis NS has replaced the old contribution card scheme with the fundraiser lotto.

We hope that the weekly option of 1 line for 2.50 will allow everyone to contribute.  Please pass the word on and invite family and friends to join in.

It would be hugely appreciated if you can contribute €5 for 3 lines, and you never know you might just win!
