Scoil Mhuire is devoted to providing an all-round education to your children enabling them to explore and embrace the myriad of talents that they possess. On the Friday before the first school closure, over 100 pupils in the school band played at the unveiling of the Alcock and Browne statue demonstrating the degree to which Scoil Mhuire is woven into the fabric of Clifden.
Government funding does not provide for many of the extras that we have including our school band, AR, Mathletics, Graded readers to mention but a few.
We will use the first of the money raised to create an outdoor play area.
